Apartments are offered on a first come first served basis. Down payment is required upon booking. |
| - | A confirmation, including key pick up instructions and telephone number, will be sent within 24 hours of payment. |

Conditions |

| - | Apartments are turned over in a clean condition with bedclothes and towels. |
| - | We provide an initial supply of soaps, paper goods, and rubbish bags. |
| - | Additional services and supplies are available at extra cost. |
| - | Rates include normal usage of electricity, gas and basic cable. |

Cancellation |

| - | In the event of cancellation, captioned funds are non-refundable. |
